Dear seahorse,

i got many things to settle with you guys.Firstly, there was suppose to be a meet up on friday 2.30pm however only Brian, Kesigun and me turned up... Those people with excuses were Karl, Ian(stomachache). Where did the rest go to... many of you gave me some excuses which could not justify your absence. For example, not able to eat finish your lunch on time... If you were there early, and "CLAIM" that you saw no one.. you are suppose to take the initiative and make a call you check why no one is there. Please take a heavy recess next time on Friday because not able to have lunch and failing to make it for a fall in is not justified anymore.Please also try not to have a stomach ache during training in the future.

Secondly, when you are unhappy of any way the patrol or unit is running, please feel free to come and look for any of your patrol members and give OPINIONS. Rather then making casual statements like example. "SO CHILDISH, for primary school kids only" i think that making such comments does not help to improve the patrol in any way it is running. Therefore i appeal to you to give constructive comments and do not feel shy to voice out your opinion.

Thirdly, sec 1 are new to scouting. therefore i urge the patrol members who are more senior to guide them through their path in scouting in Pelandok scouts and be committed to it. Passing down skills or knowledge like, Knots , gadget designs, formalities and store cleaning. Please cooperate....

Lastly, Please note that utc/pltc is coming and there will be a step-down for cca till after mid-year... this friday training is Investiture/Photo-taking. From what i know there will be a uniform check and please note that the uniform is important and not disrespect it.

P.S please let the sec 1 know about what is to be done if he cant be down for training Karl.
